Chinese visa / multiple entry (6 months) / Australian passport

Hello!
Could anybody specify to me how I have to deliver my hotel confirmation, in/outbound flights and travel itinerary when I am applying for a Chinese visa multiple entry (valid 6 months) in my Australian passport?

I want to bring all the right documents needed.
