Can we use a multiple 144 hour free transit permits on our way to Seoul?

We are unsure what non-stop flight and onward ticket mean.
We are a couple, both German Citizenship on our way to Seoul.
21.6.: 1st flight will be with China Eastern Airlines MU 9842 from BKK to SHA Pu Dong -direct
we plan a 144 hours sightseeing in SHA
25.6.: 2nd flight will be with China Eastern Airlines MU 9827 from SHA Pu Dong to Seoul Incheon -direct
we will visit Seoul for some days (as Germans no visa is required )
29.6.:3rd flight will be with China Eastern Airline MU 5052 from Seoul to BKK- 1 stop in SHA (stop duration 4:30)- we will not leave the airport
01.07.: 4th flight will be with EMIRATES EK 385 from BKK to DXB
