About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Residence permit for dependant

Hello

I brought my family (spouse and kid) to Ningbo city, Zhejiang province china from India on S1 Visa. I am working here and has valid residence permit. Now i would like to apply for my family spouse (Not going to work) and Kid Residence permit....could you please provide me the list of the documents required for application as per current rules. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Based on what I know, to apply for the Chinese residence permit, the required documents include passport and its copy, the application form, passport-style photo, health certificate, your marriage certificate, and the child's birth certificate, as well as an invitation letter and your passport and Chinese residence permit and others.

Thanks for your response....Do my wife need the no criminal record certificate from INDIA?.. as per my understanding she don't.....as she is dependent and wont be work here..but still i want to here from your expert.

Personally I don't think she needs to provide it. But I cannot guarantee that. You are advised to contact the local PSB to confirm this.
