About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa for 3d country

Hi -
I'm planning to fly from Amsterdam to Shanghai, to Singapore, and back to Amsterdam. It is mentioned that is required to have entry permit for the 3rd country (i.e. Singapore). But Singapore does not require me to have a visa, only an international passport. Is that then enough, or do I nonetheless need a visa to use the 144hours exemption?

Thanks - Philippe

That obviously won't be an issue. Immigration is no longer responsible for document checks to a third country anyway. The website should add the wordings "if applicable" to their explanation so it doesn't confuse people.
