About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Will I need a visa? Looking at flying BKK-PEK, PEK-JFK

but with two different airlines. Will I need a visa if I will be in PEK for less than 24 hours. Would love to do a layover tour.

You are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing. No visa is needed. Nice trip.
