About:Former Residence of Lu Shaoxu

Hi i applyed for a M visa, But I've been given a single entry tourist visa because i missed the call

Can I get the M while I'm in China or Just outside it in Macau.

You can have a try, but I’m afraid it is difficult to get multiple entries when you make the application in a third country.
