Can i get the 5 day visa if i arrive from europe to shenzhen airport

Having a 2 week vacation in hongkong and was planning to visit shenzhen. I knew you can get the visa at the border. But i found it was alot cheaper the fly to shenzhen than hongkong. So cani get the 5 day visa beforr going to hong kong?
