About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi , Please let me know are Uzbekistan can enter to 144 hours visa free country or not?

My flight is actually to Tashkent - Kuala-Lumpur -Beijing- Tashkent. But I wonder can I use 144 hour visa free possiblity?
