About:Dress Code in China

Is thermal underwear recommended for wear in Beijing in early March?

Well, the temperature may range from 5C to 15C in early March. It won't be cold. Thus you don't need to prepare the thermal underwear. Jackets, long-sleeved shirts, jeans and sneakers will be ok. :)
