Traveling from US to Beijung, taking speed train to Xi’an then unto to Thailand.

My friend & I are traveling to Beijing from the US for a 4 night stay (approx 94 hours) to visit to Great Wall then taking speed train to Xi’an for a 24 hr (overnight) transit then flying out to Thailand or Hong Kong. Do we qualify for the 144 hr TWOV. Thank you
