How to record a divorce in China

My Chinese girlfriend married an American in China, but later divorced in the U.S. She wants to know how does she record this in China? She lives in the U.S.

Hi, your friend should authenticate her divorce certificate from the China embassy, and then her single status can be accepted by Chinese law.
