Marriage certificate requirement for a Filipina marrying a Chinese citizen from Hetian Province.

Hi! So I have obtained a DFA authenticated CENOMAR from the Philippines. However, my Chinese fiance’s “Minzheng Ju” siad I need a Chinese embassy authenticated CENOMAR. May I know what are the needed documennts to be able to apply for a marriage certificate AND if all these needed documents can be processed in the Philippine Embassy in Beijing? I am currently residing in Urumqi, Xinjiang. Thank you.

To get married in China, you need to provide passport, visa or residence permit, and a single status certificate from your country. You should authenticate the single status certificate from the China embassy in your home country, instead of the Philippine Embassy in Beijing.
