Hi, my residence permit is going to expire in end of march ,and my passport validility is less than 7 months.Can I renew my passport in shanghai consulate .please guide me which documents do I need to prepare

You should provide your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, health certificate, as well as other requirements. It may take 15 working days for the processing, so you are advised to do that 15 days earlier prior to expiration.
