About:China Private Visit Visa

S1 visa. I have submitted application for s1 in pakistan.

I have submitted all the documents they retain my documents but give me physical examination record back.There is requiremnt of physical examination record but they dont retain it,is this normal?or they give it back by mistake?
I am confused.

Hi, as I know, the physical examination record is required for the application of S1 type. You can contact the embassy to ask if they give it back to you by mistake.

Please tell me which documents you have submitted at the embassy for S1.

You need to provide passport, a passport-style photo, a completed application form, an invitation letter of Duly Authorized Unit, invitation letter from your family and copy of his/her passport and Chinese residence permit, as well as your relationship certificate and physical examination record.
