z visa after 13 years teaching in Shanghai - career change and problems to acquire a work permit

I have been working legally in Shanghai for the last 13 years.
I have been a teacher all that time and am now looking for a career change in shanghai.
I have been offered a job as a patient relations assistant in a foreign hospital but do not have hospital management certificate or experience.
Will I be able to get a work permit?
I score 85 in the China work permit test which puts me in category A

Hi, as far as I know, usually, the relevat work experience and bachelor degree are needed when your company apply for your work permit. Thus, I cannot give you a definite answer. Just give it a try. Good luck.
