ReplySun Island Hot Spring Scenic Area is highly recommended. As I know, it provides clean environment and warm service. The distance is not far from downtown area. The address is No.2588, Shentai Road, Zhujiajiao Town, Qingpu District.
In addition, you can also go to Xiaonan'guo Tangheyuan Japanese Spring (Hongmei Road). The location is F1-F5, No.3337, Hongmei Road.
