About:Huanglong National Scenic Reserve

Will Huanglong National Scenic Reserve be open mid March?

My friend and I were going to take the bus from Chengdu to Huanglong mid March, according to the site it will be open but the scenic route will be closed?

No, it is closed until Mar. 31 and the cable car is closed as well. But the Mounigou Valley is open.
