I am Somali National. A chinese university has offered me scholarship and at the same time I have visa application form for study in China. Can I receive entry permit from Chinese embassy in Addis abab?

Hi, it's possible to apply for Chinese student X type from the embassy in Addis Abab. You can also make the application from the China embassy in Djibouti.
