Visa to china: I am a citizen of Ecuador living in the USA

I am also an American Citizen..both of my boys are also American as well as Citizens of Ecuador...We are planing to go China in the fall....can we all use our Ecuadorian passports to get a visa into China instead of the USA passports???..Please let me know..
