xiamen stop over less than 24hours

We will be travelling this april 2018..manila -xiamen-los angeles. Do we still need a 24 hour visa? Filipino citizen.thank you

You are able to use 24 hour direct transit in Xiamen. No need to apply for visa. Nice trip.
