Taxi to Huangpu District in evening

Hi, your site has been very helpful! I am wondering if it will be difficult to get a taxi service to take us from Shanghai city to the Huangpu district in the evening. For instance we arrive in the evening on our flight, and we also would like to see The Bund in the evening. Thanks!
