Applying for chinese visa for living in beijing

I want to work as programmer at Beijing.How can I apply for visa at Beijing and what are needed to apply?Which documents are needed to apply?

Hi, to apply for Chinese work Z type in Beijing, you should prepare the documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, Chinese residence permit, work permit as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
