About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I am a UK passport holder (currently in Thailand) and am looking for a 2 year China tourist visa.

Can I get this in any embassy in asia? Is it risky sending my passporto to the uk to get an agency to do it as they will still be able to see im in thailand as I won't have an exit stamp?

Please let me know your advice.

Many thanks

Hi, I'm afraid you cannot get the visa by sending passport to the UK to make the application as you are in Thailand. Maybe you can find an agency to help you make the application, but usually, if you don’t have the residence permit, it is not easy for you to apply mainland China visa. Just give it a try. Good luck.

I did call a few agencies they say they offer this service. That is me sending my passport to the UK and them doing it on my behalf...

If so, you can try to do this. But I cannot guarantee the result. Good luck.
