Well, the bus 1078 runs between Lingang Avenue Subway Station and Donghai Nongchang Station. Anyway, it’s available from 7:00 to 19:20 to Donghainongchang, 6:30 to 19:00 to Lingang Avenue.

to take bus 1078 to Flower port, should i depart from Lingang Avenue subway station or Dishui Lake subway station? About how many minutes will the bus ride take?

You should leave from Lingang avenue station, which is the following station of Dishui Lake station; and you can find the bus after going out from Exit 1. It takes about 10mins to reach the port.
