About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Hello, I'm a Mexican citizen, my girlfriend is Chinese

would it better to get a Tourist visa first then marry in China ?

Yes, DAN, if you want to register your marriage in mainland China, you should apply for a tourist L type to enter the country at first.
