how can I reserve a table Saturday?

On Saturday February 17, we will be in transit in Shanghai from 10: 30 to 19: 00, I really want to reserve a table by the window that would offer to marry me to my girlfriend! How to contact the restaurant nowhere to be found. Help please!!!
