Oh, the city can be much quiter than usual during Chinese New Year. Many restaurants on the street will be closed during that time, so i suggest you order food from your hotel or go find one in a shopping mall which is open as usual.

All attractions will open during the Spring Festival, so sightseeing won't be affected.
