About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

Can a foreign can apply in Ukraine

Hi I'm Mexican and I want to apply for Chinese visa in Ukraine. It is possible? I will be traveling around there so I only will have entry permit of Ukraine.

Maybe you can get the Chinese visa from the embassy in Ukraine. You can just give it a try.
