China visa?

I have a one week tour in Shanghai, China for the month of May 2018. I have both a valid U.S. and Philippine passports. Do I need a Chinese visa for this trip. If so, where do you apply for it in New York City.
Thank you.

yes, you need to apply for one for the trip. You can make the application from the China consulate in New York.
