Free Shuttle from Baoyang Rd. metro station to cruise terminal

Is the free shuttle available when going from Baoyang Rd. metro station TO the cruise terminal, or is it only available for passengers getting off the ship an going into Shanghai? We would like to use the shuttle, if offered, when we are getting on the ship. Thanks.

No, it’s not available in your case, as you said, it works in the other way. You are auggested to take a taxi to the port and takes about 10mins & CNY20 or so.
