Delegate my parents for the visa

Hello! I am an Italian student who is now studying in the Netherlands. Is it possible to delegate my parents back home on my behalf if I send them my passport and all the necessary documents for the entry permit procedure? In this case since my residency in the passaport is in Italy should I write the Italian one or the new Dutch one? Another question: I have heard about people having their visa rejected because of turkish stamps on it. I have been to turkey 3 times since 2015 because my sister lives there. Should I write a statement saying why I visited the country?
Thank you in advance

Hi, you can entrust your family member to submit the application on your behalf, but you should be in the Italy if making the application from the CVASC in Italy. Then, you can write the Italian one. You can contact the CVASC to ask if you need to write a statement for the Turkish stamps.
