About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

We are visiting the Asia Disney parks in May.

We are traveling one way from the US to HKG. We then have a one way ticket from HKG to SHA then we fly out a couple of days later from SHA to NRT. Would we qualify using the HKG - SHA - NRT flights?
