About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I am a Netherlands citizen living in the USA. Can I apply for a tourist L type in The Netherlands?

The reason is that I don’t have to mail my passport if I apply in The Netherlands since I stay in The Hague where the visa centre is. Thank you.

Jonathan, when you apply for it in Netherlands, you should be in Netherlands during the application process.
