want to convert student visa to work z type

Hello everybody! i am graduated from china in 2015 ..recently i am on student X type and founded job in company ..company want to provide me working Z type ..so can i directly change to work Z type in china ..or need any exit ?

Asif, you can try to convert the X type to Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, there is no need to exit.
