Kenyan Passport

Hello does a Kenyan passport need visa if the entry is through the port Tianjin - and then leave through Beijing ( to go back home) in the 144 hours?

What about a Canadian passport

Kenya passport holders are not eligible for the 144 hour free transit, but Canada passport holders can enjoy the 144 hour free transit.
