About:Visa Policy of China

Hi, living with my Chinese wife in Guangzhou,

Got 1 years Residence Permit and now I'm willing to start business here. If I register a local Chinese company and then apply for Z visa , is this valid ?

or what are other options to start business and get Permission to work ?

If you register a company, you need to apply for a work Z type.

do i have to register company first or first apply for visa with information that i'll register company ?

I met company registration agent and they told me fist register company then apply visa , I'm confused please advise >

You need to register the company first and then you can apply for the work Z type.
