I'm flying from sfo to bkk with a 2hr layover in Shanghai (PVG) flying.

With the same airline carrier China Eastern for both flights. Do I need to get my luggage and then re-check it as well as go through customs/immigration? Worried about having enough time. Anyone know if i'll be ok? Thanks!
