How to reach to jiangsu university apartment from chongzhou airport?

I think you refer to Changzhou Airport?
You are suggested to take shuttle bus Zhenjiang Line to Zhenjiang, and then take bus 81 to Yushanlu Dongzhan, you will see the university apartment.

What about take taxi from airport to the apartment i believe it will be hastle free,what is the price and duration from airport to taxi please let me know and the apartment address if possible

Yes, taxi is the most convenient way, and the duration is about 1h and the fare is 200RMB or so.
The apartment is right in Jiangsu University: 301 Xuefu Rd, Jingkou District, Zhengjiang City.
