Hi, any suggestions on winter clothing for travel in November to Beijing and Lhasa?

It is getting cold in Lhasa in November. The average temparature in November is around -4℃-12℃. The daily difference in temperature is quite big. It is chilly at night even if the day here is sunny. You are suggested to bring winter clothing such as thermal underwear, down jacket and sweater.For other cities in Beijing, Xian and Shanghai, thin coat, jeans, sweater and jacket are Ok.
