Will my application be accepted for a transit visa without sponsor form?

I am Shazre Sarfraz, and hold a Pakistani passport. I have a transit of over 14 hours in Hong Kong on my way to New Zealand from Abu Dhabi. I am flying with Hong Kong airlines.

I want to know that who can be my sponsor in this case, as I have no one in Hong Kong and I only have a long layover? Will my application be accepted without the sponsor form or is compulsory for transit entry permit application?
I have all required documents to support me such as bank statements, valid New Zealand visa and my ticket.
