About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Do i need a visa if i'm layover in Beijing for 16h from Sweden to Australia, i'm from Norway.

You don´t need a visa as you´re eligible for the 24h transit.
But you can´t use the 144h twov when you travel on a norwegian passport just in case you wanna stay longer.0
