Hi, first i got spouse visa that was for 1 year valid and people told me i cant work on this

well ok ! now i apply for 2 years visa and i got it , living in china with my chinese wife, i cant read the type because its in chinese ! am i allow to work on this 2 year one or still i have to find job that offer me to apply for work Z type ?
