Can I apply for Transit visa (G) per mail

My husband and I have German Passports with New Zealand recidency. We live in the Bay of Plenty, so have to submit our application to Wellington. Can we do that by mail?

No, the mailed application is not accepted. You need to submit the application on your own or entrust someone else to do that for you.

Yes, you can submit by post or courier to Wellington, but there is an extra fee and you must include prepaid return courier pack and pay by bank cheque.
