About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

I am planning to take a Royal Caribbean cruise that starts in Tianjin and then sets sail to Hongkong

Japan and Singapore. I will be flying from Los Angeles to Tianjin to board the cruise ship. Do I need a visa?

James, no, you don’t need it. You can take advantage of the 144 hour free transit in Tianjin.
