About:Embassy & Consulates of Austria in China

Hi, I am Nepali citizen, studying PhD in Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing.

I am planning to go Austria, Vienna to attend EGU conference on April 8-13, 2018. What are the require documents to obtain a VISA from Beijing?? could you pls. share me the visa type that i should apply and application procedures??

Binod, you can apply for a business visa for attending the EGU conference.
You need to provide the application form, 2 recently-taken passport-style photos, your passport, medical insurance, letter of invitation issued by the conference organizer, proof of your financial support, your study certificate, and your residence permit in China, as well as other documents required by the consular officers.
Next, submit the application to the VFS. Global in Beijing.
