my sister wants to stay for more than 4 months.

hi, currently i am on student visa and staying in beijing. my sister wants to come and stay with me for more than 4 months. what should she do as normal duration for stay is 30 days only. can she rely on my temporary resident permit to extend her staying? how possible long duration of stay that she could be granted? thank you for your explanation in advance.
