About:Chengdu Shuangliu Airport

What are the details for Chengdu Airport inter. to inter transfer?

I have a transfer in CD coming from Thailand and going to USA. I only have a 70 minutes to make the connection. Do I have to go through immigration, customs, baggage claim, check-in, and security all in that time? Or will they automatically transfer my baggage for me? If not, would it be better to just take carry-on? My flights are both with China Eastern.

No worry, your time is enough and your baggage will be transferred by the staff. You don’t need to go through customs, only need to do the immigration and security!

The upstairs is right. No worries. No need to claim the baggage(just bring the carry-on). And just follow the airport signs.
