Are they sold online? Or at any bus stations in China or only from the bus?

To the Yungang Grottoes, you can take tour bus 603 from the DT Railway Station, and it’s available from 7:00 to 18:00 with an interval of 20mins.
To Hanging temple, you need to take a bus from DT Bus Station to Hunyuan first, and I heard there is one bus available now, around 8:00am (not sure). After arrival, take a cab to the temple within 10mins.
To Yingxian Pagoda, there is no bus available, so you are suggested to hire a private car. The fare is around 150RMB.
The booking pages of bus tickets only have Chinese version. If you have Chinese friend, you can ask help for them. If not, just purchase them when you arriving there.

Btw, you can hire a car from DT to both the temple and the pagoda, which costs around 400RMB.
