About:China Visa

Arrive at Guangzhou on 23rd, but there is a flight layover in Beijing.

Is it okay to take a coach/train/boat to Hong Kong leaving within 24 hours? And then does 24 hours direct transit apply if I reenter Mainland China from Hong Kong (bus/coach/train) to take a flight from Guangzhou on the 27th?

Yes, you will be able to enjoy the 24 hour direct transit if you will transit in Beijing before arriving at Guangzhou and total layover won’t exceed 24 hours.
If you want to use the 72 hour free transit in Guangzhou when return, you need to fly all the way, such as HK-Guangzhou-England.

Thank you, on return can I still use 24 hour transit if I go from Hong Kong to GZ by train and then take a flight from GZ?
