I have return flight from bangkok to nagoya with china eastern airline.

My schedule is from bangkok 02:30 to shanghai at 07:10 and from shanghai 09:30 to arrive nagoya at 12:35. My return flight is from nagoya 16:00 to shanghai 18:05 and from shanghai 21:15 to arrive bangkok at 01:15 (tomorrow). Please be advise I would like to use visa for transit or not.
